Abdul - Product Specalist at Sydney City MG
“Your biggest challenge is the person you see in the mirror and to be better than the person you were yesterday.”
These were the words Abdul was told at a young age by his grandmother and has been how the young Product Specialist has approached his life and work ever since.
As an expert in the range of vehicles and accessories that MG offers, Abdul said his goal at work is to provide the best possible experience he can to clients across every step of their journey for a new car.
“The job allows me to be myself, use my own style of selling myself to the client, and it’s the friendly family environment of the team here that allows me to do that.”
“My favourite part of the job and the thing that gets me excited each day is the chance to make a customer happy.”
“If a customer has a problem, I’m always here to help, even if it’s afterhours, I will always give them a call back.”
As someone who loves cars, working as a Product Specialist has always been a dream of Abdul’s and is proud to be immersed in automotive because his work only adds to the list of things he loves about what he does.
“The other thing I love (about my job) is that I get to drive, whether that be in the showroom, for deliveries or to help out another person on the team, I’m always getting a chance to test out the product.”
“It’s always been my dream to work in dealership and I’ve loved every moment so far.”
Every day is different at MG according to Abdul and it is that aspect that continues to drive the Product Specialist to continue evolving personally, professionally as well as his dedication to enhancing the customer experience.
“There’s no best, it’s all a journey of continuing to be better, there’s no limit to success.”
