For Reyna at Sydney City MG, slowing down isn't something that's on the agenda for the Rego and Stock Control expert.
Reyna has taken on a pair of roles while in her time at MG, with her decade of experience in hairdressing prior to MG giving her a personalized approach to customers that she thinks has given her an edge throughout her tenure.
"I did hairdressing for 17 years on the Northern Beaches, and I decided that I wanted to try something different that I had never done before, I wanted to learn more and grow personally," she said.
"I always loved the customer interaction and service part of the job."
"I like meeting new people and having random conversations and now in this role, I love the busyness of it, you always have something to do."
Reyna began her MG journey as a Dealership Host before recently taking on a new challenge in the logistics role of Registration and Stock Controller.
It is a fast-paced role, which is one of the aspects of the job Reyna said she enjoys most.
"I'm involved in almost every aspect on a daily basis, I like being busy."
"I started off as a Dealership Host, and now I've moved upstairs, I'm enjoying the journey here at MG."
No day is the same for Reyna with her role being a multi-faceted one that sees her taking on several different responsibilities throughout the week.
"One day I might not leave my desk, the other I'm delivering 15 cars, the next I'm down on the floor helping the team, no day is ever the same."
"It's about pushing for mental stimulation, there's always more to learn, more to see, more to do, whether that be in your professional or personal life."
"Finding a way to help the customer any way that I can with the information I can provide is what drives me in what I do."
