With MG's exciting rise in the world of electric vehicles, Nowra City MG Sales Assistant, Karlee said there's never been a better time to be a part of a fresh and growing brand like MG.
The growth of the electric vehicle segment was a huge reason as to why Karlee wanted to work for MG as they continue to play a strong role in Australia's growing EV market.
"I chose to begin working at MG because the company is pushing for affordable electric vehicles which I believe is the future of motoring in this country," she said.
To be successful as a sales assistant you have to be a people person, and Karlee said that is a huge part of why she loves her job, because it allows her to be herself and make strong connections with the locals of her region on a daily basis.
"This role was perfect for me because I'm a people person and I love being able to connect with customers, which I get to do daily," she said.
"It drives me each day that I have the chance to help make a person's dream come true."
"It's all about establishing connections and leaving a lasting impression."
Meeting so many people from all walks of life daily has provided the basis for many an inspiring situation for Karlee, however she said that one in particular has always stood out for her.
"I arranged a car for someone who had a number of mobility needs and it was very empowering to ensure their new vehicle was perfect for their needs," she said.
From the moment Karlee joined the team at Nowra City MG she said they welcomed her son with open arms and added that the team all push each other to be their very best each day.
"We are one big family here and it makes each day that much better," she said.
"When I first started at MG I hadn't yet got my driver's licence, the team here guided and helped push me to achieve that goal."
While Karlee doesn't pretend every day is a dream, she said that you can't truly appreciate the amazing days unless you are challenged along the way."
"You can't ever appreciate the good days without the bad days."
