Luke - First Year Apprentice at MG Alto Blacktown

These are the words that fuel MG Alto Blacktown's First Year Apprentice, Luke in his approach to work behind the scenes at MG.
After a successful work experience at the dealership, Luke enjoyed his time with the MG team at Blacktown so much that he knew if there was a chance to come back, he was going to snap it up as quickly as possible.
"I did my work experience here; MG was a relatively fresh brand so I wanted to give it a try."
"The people here are absolutely amazing - All the technicans here are lovely people, which is why I came back here to work after doing my work experience."
Being a technican, you're always on the move according to Luke an it's that fast-paced schedule and room to continuously improve that motivates this young apprentice to continue to push himself on a day-to-day basis.
"Getting better and trying to be quicker at work - I really want to start doin more solo work, so that's what is really driving me at the moment."
"I watched a technician do a Rocket Cover gasket super quickly, and it made me go 'I reall y want to be able to do that.'"
At the end of the day Luke said he enjoys being able to work in a field he's passionate about, all while also being able to help MG customers overcome any problem that may come their way.
"Coming in, fixing people's cars, and seeing them drive off happy is the most rewarding part of the job."
