Matthew - Sales Assistant at Nowra City MG
At Nowra City MG you can always be certain about one thing, the moment you walk through the doors you'll be greeted by the wide smile of sales assistant Matthew.
You can find the 22-year-old, when he isn't selling cars, belting his lungs out as an avid singer or tearing up the pool as a gun swimmer.
For Matthew it was a simple choice to work as a sales assistant at MG, as the work entirely matched his approach to life.
"Honestly the thing I enjoy most about working at MG is the chance to make people smile on a daily basis," he said.
"I just like to be able to bring happiness to others and seeing their faces when they purchase a brand-new MG really reassures me as to why I do what I do."
The fact that MG is stil a relatively fresh and new brand in the Australian car market, was another huge selling point for Matthew in his decision to choose it as the brand in which he wanted to work for.
"I really liked the fact that it's a fresh and funky brand and as a result of that there are lots of opportunities working for MG," he said.
Matthew said the MG Nowra team are like one big family and regularly help lift each other up to be the best they can be on a daily basis.
"Working for the team here at Nowra is just rewarding, it really is a family," he said.
"It was great to attend a South Sydney Rabbitohs game together with the MG crew, getting to share stories and being able to further connect was just wonderful."

Matthew echoed that when it comes down to it if you aren't able to enjoy your work or who you work with then what is the point?
"At the end of the day, if I can say I had fun at work then it was a good day."
